Teneice Bowie, a classically trained Pilates teacher based in Miami, Florida. Through strategic business planning, she has successfully built her business to cater to the 1:1 experience. On average, she achieves $15k in monthly sales, working approximately 12-15 teaching hours per week, without the need for her own studio. Teneice is also a business consultant for new Pilates studios and independent instructors.
